Applications:

BPO-240 is a pourable suspension containing 40% dibenzoyl peroxide for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient and elevated temperatures. At sure-temperatures up to 80℃, BPO-240 should be used in combination with an aromatic tertiary amine accelerator, above 80℃ the use of an accelerator is not required.

 

By its pourable character, BPO-240 is easy to handle and disperse and dissolves very quickly in unsaturated polyester resins. Moreover, the formulation can be used for continuous dosing systems.
